OPENINGS & GATHERINGS

Facilitation & Complex Conversations

For teams, boards, and leaders navigating conflict, change, racism, accountability, repair, or difficult decisions. We help create the conditions for honest conversation, thoughtful participation, and clear next steps.

Policy, Practice & Program Review

We review policies, programs, resources, and organizational practices through cultural safety, anti-racism, anti-discrimination, equity, and accessibility lenses. We help identify gaps, potential harms, unclear accountability, and places where commitments need to become practice.

Leadership & Advisory Support

Grounded guidance for leaders, managers, boards, and teams carrying complex or sensitive work. Support may include planning, decision-making, communication review, meeting preparation, accountability, or ongoing advisory relationships.

Custom Workshops & Education

Custom learning for teams, leaders, boards, and organizations. Topics may include Indigenous cultural safety, anti-racism, anti-discrimination, power, belonging, respectful relationships, leadership, accountability, and putting learning into everyday practice.

Curriculum & Learning Design

For organizations creating or renewing courses, workshops, learning programs, and educational resources. We support learning goals, content development, language, structure, facilitation approaches, reflection activities, and the respectful inclusion of Indigenous knowledge and perspectives.

An opening is more than a welcome. We support organizations in beginning gatherings with grounding, intention, and care, with attention to purpose, preparation, cultural protocols, relationships, and proper compensation.

A closer look at what policies, programs, resources, and everyday practices are actually doing. We help identify gaps, potential harms, unclear accountability, and places where commitments need to become practice.

A closer look at some of the ways we support organizations in moving from intention into practice.

Every gathering can begin with grounding, intention, and care.

SIM WENÁCW is led by two Indigenous women who remain directly connected to every organization we support.

HOW WE HOLD THE WORK

A trusted circle, brought together with care.

When the work calls for it, we draw on trusted cultural workers, dancers, artists, speakers, facilitators, accessibility specialists, policy professionals, Elders, Knowledge Keepers, and community connections. We bring the right people together thoughtfully, with attention to fit, preparation, accountability, and what the work requires.
